This is a fun memory from last year. This is me with Hollywood legend, and friend, Kathy Garver. She is most noted as Aunt Cissy from "Family Affair" and "The Ten Commandments." I have worked with her three times. I almost had a chance again before the 4th of this year, but I had made plans to see my parents. I hope to go out to L.A. later this year since she invited me to The Thalians holiday celebrity gala to raise money for the UCLA Operation Mend that benefits combat Veterans. The Whos Who Hollywood will be there at the Bel Air Country Club.

Cool song that my cousin Matt composed and produced for Duran Duran and Nile Rodgers recently. As a composer for DJ White Shadow (Paul Blair), he also composed and produced a song for Pitbull called "Work." DJ White Shadow has also produced music for Lady Gaga.

Last February, I was at 218. Now, I am at 172. Discipline has been the mantra for me since I am on a GLP-1. In order for this to work, I need to track calories, protein, and fluids. The gym has also been a must to keep the tone. I was also in physical therapy to strengthen my core due to spine issues. I am finally at a place of outcome indifference and that is a result of the hard work and therapy both physically and mentally. The work is never done. There is always a blindspot to correct and room to grow. Working on yourself is the first step to showing up for yourself and others. Keep it going.
