WhoU Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, booking, purchasing, or participating in any WhoU services, events, consultations, digital platforms, or community spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use WhoU services.

2. Eligibility
By engaging with WhoU, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in coaching services, events, or related offerings.
WhoU reserves the right to refuse, limit, or terminate services if participation may compromise the safety, integrity, or experience of clients, staff, or the broader community.

3. Scope of Services
WhoU provides dating coaching, consulting, educational guidance, professional photography, and curated in-person experiences designed to support clarity, confidence, and intentional decision-making.
Services may include, but are not limited to:

One-on-one coaching and strategy sessions

Dating profile and photo review

Professional photography and personal presence guidance

Educational resources and frameworks

In-person events, workshops, and community experiences
WhoU does not provide therapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental health services, legal advice, or crisis intervention.

4. Professional Boundary & Non-Therapeutic Services
WhoU is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical provider, or legal professional. Services offered by WhoU do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
Participation in WhoU services does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other regulated professional relationship.
Clients are encouraged to seek support from licensed medical or mental health professionals alongside coaching services when appropriate.

5. Coaching & Consulting Disclaimer
WhoU’s coaching and consulting services are designed to support personal growth, dating strategy, self-reflection, and intentional social connection. Outcomes in dating and relationships are inherently subjective and influenced by many factors beyond WhoU’s control.
Clients acknowledge that:

WhoU does not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or romantic outcomes

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results
-
Coaching is a collaborative process requiring personal effort beyond sessions

6. Emotional Awareness & Personal Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that discussions related to dating history, relationships, attachment patterns, identity, or personal experiences may evoke emotions, memories, or behavioral insights.
Clients agree that they are solely responsible for their emotional well-being, mental health, and personal decisions before, during, and after participation in WhoU services. WhoU is not responsible for emotional responses, realizations, or outcomes that may arise.

7. No Guarantee of Results
While WhoU utilizes professional experience, data-informed insights, and personalized strategy, results cannot be guaranteed. WhoU makes no assurances regarding relationship success, compatibility, timelines, or outcomes.

8. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling (Services)
Coaching, consulting, photography, and personal services require advance scheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24–48 hours’ notice (as specified at booking) may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Certain services require scope assessment prior to scheduling; pricing may vary within listed ranges based on preparation, time, and deliverables.

9. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
Some services are offered within pricing ranges to reflect customization and scope.
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service delivery.
Payment is required before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Events, Tickets & Refund Policy
Event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by WhoU.
To ensure a balanced and high-quality experience:

Tickets may be transferred to another individual with at least 48 hours’ notice
-
Tickets may be applied as credit toward a future WhoU event when available
Event policies are separate from coaching, consulting, and photography services.

11. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Clients and participants agree to engage respectfully, honestly, and lawfully while interacting with WhoU services, platforms, events, or staff.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior

Misrepresentation of identity or intent

Sharing false, misleading, or defamatory information
-
Disruptive, inflammatory, or harmful behavior
-
Solicitation or commercial activity unrelated to WhoU services
-
Sharing access credentials or private event information without authorization

WhoU reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

12. Safety & Personal Responsibility
WhoU does not conduct background checks on clients or event participants. Individuals are responsible for exercising personal judgment, discretion, and safe dating practices in all interactions.
WhoU is not responsible for interactions, communications, or relationships that occur during or after participation in services or events.

13. Photography & Image Use
Clients retain personal usage rights to their photographs.
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session, WhoU retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

14. Confidentiality & Third-Party Review Tools
WhoU respects client confidentiality and treats personal information shared during services with discretion and care.
As part of WhoU’s data-informed dating profile and photo review process, clients acknowledge and consent to the limited use of third-party platforms and independent reviewers. Reviews may include anonymized or semi-anonymized assessment to provide qualitative or quantitative feedback.
WhoU will not intentionally disclose full identity, personal contact information, or sensitive details beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide services.

15. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, written content, session structures, educational resources, and digital materials provided by WhoU are the intellectual property of WhoU.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

16. Nationwide Virtual Services Disclosure
WhoU services may be delivered virtually to clients located throughout the United States.
Regardless of client location, all services are offered as non-clinical coaching and consulting services governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Clients are responsible for ensuring participation complies with applicable local laws or regulations.

17. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhoU, its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Participation in services or events

Interactions with other participants

Personal decisions, actions, or representations

18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhoU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services, events, or interactions with other clients.
This includes, but is not limited to emotional distress, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or interrupted services.

19. Termination of Services
WhoU reserves the right to terminate access to services or events at its discretion, without notice, if these Terms are violated or participation is deemed inappropriate.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from these Terms or the use of WhoU services shall be governed exclusively by Indiana law.

21. Changes to Terms
WhoU may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
